Provide Token amount after necessary verifications.
Writing sale deed as per terms and condition accepted by seller and purchaser.
Process of procedures for transfer of property.
Apply for NDC.
Collect DHA Dues.
Pay DHA Dues.
Pay Advance Tax. (if applicable)
Pay Stamp duty (if applicable)
Pay Cantt Board Fee (if applicable)
Pay Property Tax (if applicable)
Submit Transfer Documents to DHA.
Get Appointment from DHA.
Physical appearance of seller/purchaser for completion of process at DHA office.
